A house rooted in the Bordeaux vineyard
AOC Sélection was born of a simple belief: Bordeaux wines deserve to be read with honesty and demand, away from purely opportunistic reasoning.
We are based in the heart of the vineyard, in Saint-Emilion. We visit the estates. We taste the wines. We know the women and men who make them. This direct knowledge of the ground is what allows us to identify cuvees that are honest, consistent and matched to the real needs of our partners.
Tasting first
Every wine is tasted, placed in its context and judged on concrete grounds: its origin, its style, its consistency from one vintage to the next, and the use for which it is intended.
We are not looking for labels. We are looking for wines that can find their place on a restaurant list, in a wine shop, in an import range or in a selection for events.
No wine suits everyone. Our role is to adapt our proposals to the context of each partner, without diluting their offer or blurring their identity.
Building with you, not for you
We work with our partners to build ranges aligned with their positioning, their customers and the way they sell.
Three principles guide the work: clear choices, constant quality and references chosen to last. Wine merchants, restaurants, importers, distributors and agents all draw the same benefit from it: a range that strengthens their credibility over time.
A relationship built on trust
Everything starts with a direct conversation. Listening, understanding your context, then making a proposal. We favour relationships that settle in over time, built on clarity and on respect for each partner's positioning.
Discretion is part of it: our references are there to support your offer, not to overexpose or dilute it.
